[3.18] main/openssh: add mitigations for CVE-2023-48795
OpenBSD-7.3-024_ssh-CVE-2023-48795.patch is
https://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/patches/7.3/common/024_ssh.patch.sig
with minimal modifications.
An alternative would be to have the patch intact and applied with patch -p2 in a prepare().
