main/openrc: remove ifupdown-ng-openrc

Sertonix requested to merge sertonix/aports:remove-ifupdown-ng into master

The ifupdown-ng-openrc was not bound to a specific ifupdown-ng and is therefor kept when installed once. By providing a newer version in the openrc package apk removes the older ifupdown-ng-openrc. Since apk will update the openrc package after removing ifupdown-ng-openrc the /etc/init.d/networking file won't end up missing.
