APKBUILD: Adds post-install, post-upgrade and post-deinstall hooks to automatically setup snapper for apk-snap upon installation, and remove apk-snap-specific pieces upon uninstallation.

upstream: change from using default "root" snapper config to using custom "root-apk-snap" snapper config
