testing/*: remove some packages I don't use anymore

Hoang Nguyen requested to merge folliehiyuki/aports:rm-pkg into master
  • variant -> go-task is a better alternative
  • teller -> vals is an alternative which supports more secret backends, and have inline configuration (which I think is a better approach than a centralized config in this case)
  • terraform-ls -> we don't offer Terraform in the repository anymore, and I've been slowly removed Terraform from my life 😄
