community/limine: upgrade to 5.20231207.1
Limine released the 6.20231210.0 which is newer and already merged in master. That release though, as indicated by the major revision bump, brings big changes that could be disruptive for the user. Would the 3.19 stable branch welcome a bump to the 6.X version or should it stick to 5.X for however long that line is supported?
