[3.19] main/glib: upgrade to 2.78.3
A user reported in #alpine-linux issues with meld and firefox under sway after upgrading to the 3.19 release. I could reproduce the issue with firefox under sway by pressing Ctrl+S (or choosing "Save as"), leading to a segfault. After upgrading to glib 2.78.3 I cannot reproduce this issue.
