community/iwd: remove unused post-upgrade function

Sertonix requested to merge sertonix/aports:iwd-post-upgrade into master

The post-upgrade file is not referenced in the APKBUILD file and therefor not used.

If the file should be used instead of removed I could make a MR for that.
