community/R: upgrade to 4.3.2

Sebastian Meyer requested to merge bastistician/aports:R-4.3.2 into master

Not sure if this update could still go into Alpine 3.19. I don't know much about the release procedures. I read about abump in the wiki and simply ran abump R-4.3.2.
