Draft: testing/tor-browser: new aport

I hereby invite anyone to submit suggestions

• add tor-browser.desktop file
• fix icons (has firefox icons instead of TB ones)
• fix fonts showing up as boxes (add font-noto dependency) (https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/applications/tor-browser/-/issues/40671)
• add tor run-time dependency
• spaces and other special chars still show up as glyph boxes
• add custom fonts.conf (https://gitweb.torproject.org/builders/tor-browser-bundle.git/commit/?id=b88443f6d8af62f763b069eb15e008a46d9b468a)
• add warning in postinstall to notify that this package does not guarantee 100% privacy
• look trough patches and remove / refactor as neccessary
• Look how tor builds their bundle: https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/applications/tor-browser-build and add plugins, torrc etc...
• finish APKBUILD
• Add apparmor profile
