community/yggdrasil: backport 0.5.4 from edge

Willow requested to merge StacyHarper/aports:yggdrasil-3.18 into 3.18-stable

The 0.5 release is backward incompatible with 0.4. This means that most existing nodes now can't communicate with yggdrasil on Alpine 3.18, making it pointless.

The daemons is built with go, so I think there is not much risk backporting the upgrade to stable.
