community/linux-edge: enable surface platform

This change is needed to use acpi on a surface pro 7. I can't say anything about other devices and haven't tested other features.

I am not sure if this should also be added to linux-lts. Tell me if it should.

(Now I don't need to guess my battery state, yay!)
