Celeste requested to merge Celeste/aports:fix-dub-dflags into master

Builders are still having problems building this aport after 2ce5b44b.

So, based on https://forum.dlang.org/post/vdvqucowpkpddkyeoddv@forum.dlang.org, i think DFLAGS should be -dw instead of --dw.
