Draft: community/synapse: enable tests

I managed to get tests to pass by following what was done for py3-dt-schema and using py3-jsonschema417 instead.

It's quite a big change, and i'm not sure if it's worth it just to get the tests to pass, so marking this MR as draft for now.

Please discuss this, and if the MR not acceptable, then i will close it.
