*/*: remove unused readproc group

Sertonix requested to merge sertonix/aports:remove-readproc-group into master

This removes the readproc group. It was introduced for linux-hardened (called linux-grsec at that time). linux-hardened has been removed since then.

To my knowledge this group is not used anywhere else. This is part of #15453 but since it effects multiple packages I thought a separate pull request would be appropriate.
