Add second batch of Lomiri packages

FWIW lomiri-app-launch doesn't build with -DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON (from default cmake template), it hits some linker error. So I've removed that option from the APKBUILD for that package.

aarch64 builds fail because of the Alpine builders haven't finished building the packages from !54785 (merged) yet, but I've built them before so I don't expect any failures
