Celeste requested to merge Celeste/aports:improve-iamb into master

Backported 2 patches from upstream:

  • example-config.patch fixes syntax error and directory path
  • reduce-cpu-usage.patch fixes high CPU load

Also, remove cargo update used to fix open64 from prepare(), and move the changes it applies into getrandom-0.2.10.patch.
