community/kde-frameworks: rename to $pkgname5 to prepare for KF6

For a while KDE Frameworks 5 and 6 have to live next to each other. They don't have conflicting paths but we do need separate packages for them.

KF6 is still work in progress so I won't ship it in Alpine yet but this at least prepares for it.
