community/connman: upgrade to 1.42

Upstreamed patches add-ethernet-prop-for-vpn-to-dbus.patch and pppd-2.5.patch removed

However, while libppp-compat.h is in the git repo, it seems to be missing from the release tarball, so patching to add that back in.
