community/nsxiv: provide drop-in replacement for sxiv

Sören Tempel requested to merge nmeum/aports:sxiv-remove into master

sxiv should be removed, because upstream has archived their repository. This commit causes all users of community/sxiv to be migrated to nsxiv, i.e. on the next apk upgrade sxiv will be uninstalled and nsxiv will be installed.
