community/mediainfo: upgrade to 23.07 to fix corrupt json output

Adam Jensen requested to merge acj/aports:mediainfo-23.07 into 3.18-stable

Debugging code was accidentally included in 23.04 (GitHub issue) that causes spurious output and breaks clients that are expecting json. The fix is here and was included in 23.07.
