I'm not sure how to do git submodules, or vendored dependencies, in an APKBUILD; this is how I tried. Arch's looks like this: https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/ly/-/blob/main/PKGBUILD
I assume it's not right and would appreciate some correction or direction. Thank you!
