community/xfwm4: enable poswin build-time option

This build flag enables the poswin function which overlays a moved/resized window with both the window dimensions and window position.

This behavior is functionally similar to the behavior of OpenBox under the LXDE environment.

Use-case for this is being able to deterministically set window dimensions and positions for things like screenshots for package manager listings, documentation, and other similar workflows.
