community/dracut: override uefi stub default

unified kernel image (uki) can be generated with dracut for alpine if gummiboot package is installed.

With this PR dracut no longer need to be invoked with --uefi-stub /usr/lib/gummiboot/linuxx64.efi.stub to make uki generation sucessfull.
