community/mycroft-core: remove

The company creating the software has ran out of money and stopped developing it. The OpenVoiceOS (OVOS) community has taken over development and their stack has been merged in !48249 (merged).

This drops mycroft-core and all dependencies that were required for it and are not used for anything else. I'm also orphaning every package I packaged for mycroft-core but still have other users in aports. I modernized the ones I orphaned like that.

I've ported testing/lapel to use the OVOS stack and submitted a PR upstream for it as well.
