OVOS is a full replacement of Mycroft. Mycroft (the company) sadly has gone bankrupt and upstream development has seized, but luckily the OVOS community has taken over development and is providing a drop-in replacement.

This MR packages ovos fully with the minimum packages required for out-of-the-box functionality. Note that this uses a STT and TTS server provided by the OVOS community by default. It can be used completely offline instead (the wake word plugin, Vosk, is already offline), but I'll package the required stuff for that separately.
