community/pulseaudio: install -alsa if alsa is installed as well

Bart Ribbers requested to merge PureTryOut/aports:community_pulseaudio into master

I can think of no scenario where you have both PulseAudio and Alsa installed but don't want PulseAudio to support Alsa, so let's install the support by default if both packages are installed.
