Tv boxes vfd

This MR adds userspace utilities to control VFD. These are present on tv-boxes that originally ran Android.

Now with kernel driver we are able to control them also under Linux.

I'm currently finishing a MR to add additional support for more devices. So after that I'll change the URL to the original repo.
