upstream probably won't port this until a mythical gtk4 port, https://github.com/FontManager/font-manager/issues/317#issuecomment-1488918184, but the change is quite trivial
note that this feature is only for the google fonts integration, to download a font (but the preview for it is broken for me, with or without this change- the download works with both)
