community/telegram-desktop: rebuild for Qt 6.5.1

Currently telegram-desktop doesn't launch with the error:

Cannot mix incompatible Qt library (6.5.0) with this library (6.5.1) Aborted

Draft: not 100% sure rebuilding will fix this, need to test from CI artifacts works, telegram-desktop launches again
