main/u-boot: add support for pinebook-pro

Latest upstream works okay for a pinebook pro. The update-u-boot script requires no changes; the branches for rk33 work fine for this device.

There are some visual artefacts during boot. Some online searching indicates that this seems to be a known upstream issue.

Tested on postmarketOS with their downstream kernel.
