Update maintainership of GNOME packages

Pablo Correa Gomez requested to merge pabloyoyoista/aports:maintainer-gnome into master

This way, the team gets notified if there are updates to the said packages. Apart from the packages related to !39229 (merged), there are a couple of extra maintainers that should be notified. Please note, the email keeps you as being assigned to new MRs, but this way @team/gnome gets pinged whenever there are updates:

@okias for gnome-console

@psykose for epiphany

@knuxify for xdg-desktop-portal

@Newbyte do you want your email in any of these? I use quite many core packages, but are a lot less comfortable with the apps, so maybe it makes sense to split those 50/50?
