testing/ormolu: new aport

Sören Tempel requested to merge nmeum/aports:ormolu into master

This is the most popular source code formatter for Haskell code. While it can also be installed via Hackage using Cabal doing so can take quite some time on older hardware since it is build from source then, hence proposing this for inclusion in aports.
