scripts/mkimage.sh: Add explicit `--help` option to prevent exit code 1

This PR adds an explicit check param check for --help, as currently when typing --help (or any options that aren't explicitly specified) it shows the usage then exits with 1. However, using --help should be a success exit code as it's an explicitly being asked for the usage.
