Also change the symlink to absolute path of the executable

@psykose: thank you for redacting my APKBUILD. I just found that you changed /usr/share/java/jdtls to /usr/share/jdtls. Because this language server is part of the Java ecosystem, i would put it in /usr/share/java/ instead.
