New aport onnxruntime with:
- Patches for musl
- Patches for linking against alpine protobuf packages (
protobuf-dev,protoc)- Results in reduced build time
- Uses musl std instead of Abseil
- Hardware accelleration (neon) on armv7
Our ARM infrastructure is unreachable at the moment, so CI jobs will time-out and packages will not be updated until the servers are back.
