main/openrc: fix networking init.d script

The networking init.d runs ifquery with the "--auto" option. Whilst this is supported by ifquery of the ifupdown-ng package it is not supported by the ifquery of the ifupdown package. however ifquery in both packages support "-a" so use that instead.
