GNOME 44

Newbyte requested to merge Newbyte/aports:gnome-44 into master

I am aware that there are lots of pkg-config versions failing. I am not interested in cooking up 100000 patches for that as the intent here is to catch build issues early more so than producing a usable GNOME 44 beta.
