community/phosh: upgrade to 0.25.2
There's a new required patch for gtk+3.0 fixing the splash screen for these apps, but it's only required on newer versions. As the main consumer of this package, pmOS, uses purism's fork of gtk+3.0 which is based on an older version, this shouldn't be an issue for them and I don't think people are using phosh on pure Alpine.
