The source project of this merge request has been removed.
main/raspberrypi-bootloader: upgrade and change source repo
use https://github.com/raspberrypi/rpi-firmware which mirrors relevant subset of https://github.com/raspberrypi/firmware to benefit from:
- being consistent with commit hash used with Foundation's rpi-update tool: this will ease debugging in using same firmware commit references
- smaller download size to build (about -30%)
