testing/pdfjs: restore and upgrade to 3.4.120

donoban requested to merge donoban/aports:restore-pdf.js into master

I considered the alternative for "building" it from sources but it requires to package 'gulp', which I ended installing via 'npm install...' and tests failed due missing 'eslint'...

I feel that it's too much effort to maintain and no clear benefit.
