testing/f_scripts: remove f_phone dep on pinephone-call-audio

depending on things that don't exist in alpine isn't valid - either the f_scripts package should be moved to postmarketos, or the pinephone-call-audio package moved to alpine nevermind, the package doesn't exist anywhere outside !25776 (closed), which was closed
