Enable touchpad for Intel Jasper Lake laptop, e.g. Acer Swift 1 SF114-34.

Enable the PINCTRL/touchpad for Intel Jasper Lake (Intel Pentium Silver N6000) devices. For other/older devices e.g. Intel Gemini Lake (Pentium Silver N5000) the PINCTRL/touchpad device driver is already enabled.
