community/iwd: default NameResolvingService none

omni requested to merge omni/aports:iwd-resolving-none into master

Change default NameResolvingService method to "none", as systemd is neither the default nor available in Alpinelinux.

Patch documentation to reflect our default and provide guidance on using the resolvconf method.
