testing/php*-pecl-luasandbox: new aports

It's my first MR for aports. Please let me know if I did mistake.
Based on some other pecl-* APKBUILD files.

I've tested php8 version. And it works fine on MediaWiki. php81 build and check successful (But didn't tested on MW environment but should ok.)
I can't test build php7 and php82 as I'm using v3.16 which doesn't available. (But it's in support range. PHP 7.2 ~ PHP 8.2)
