main/gcc: use upstream version of remaining gcc-go patches

Sören Tempel requested to merge nmeum/aports:gcc-go-mmap-strerror-patch-rebased into master

TODO: The alpine-gcc-patches repository needs to be updated accordingly.

These two patches have now also been merged upstream, however, as part of the integration process they have been slightly modified. Make sure to include these modifications downstream as well. Should also make it easier to rebase our patchset for future gcc releases.
