testing/prometheus-blackbox-exporter: rename from blackbox_exporter

raspbeguy requested to merge raspbeguy/aports:prom-blackbox-fix into master

Also small improvements too:

  • Rename the port to be consistent with existing Prometheus exporters ports prometheus-*-exporter
  • Move config file to usual location like others prometheus exporters
  • Remove useless source (config file is provided in the tarball, no need to provide it in the aport)
  • Fix src cleanup
