testing/firewalld: new aport

This is my first APKBUILD and one of my first packages, so please double check I didn't miss or do anything wrong.

This is supposed to work with a nftables backend, not iptables.

Here are the test results I did post install. It seems nothing too critical is broken.

Feel free to ask for any modification.
