An issue I noticed a few days ago:
Working with a flatpak that pulls in git repos directly doesn't work initally, as fatal: transport 'file' not allowed.
I used "git config --global protocol.file.allow always" to allow it, but the package should probably give the user this hint to run that command while installing/upgrading it.
Any thoughts on this "hint" idea?
