community/eturnal: move from testing

We would like to move the package to the community repo.

The package is maintained by the software developer themselves. Please check if any of the requirements from your wiki aren't met, so we can have a more brief look.

If merged, we feel confident to further advertise the package via our main repo https://github.com/processone/eturnal and website https://eturnal.net

Another question: This package depends on busybox:

depends="
	busybox
	"

The edge branch splits busybox-binsh (which we definitely need) from busybox. What should we include in the APKBUILD file?

BTW, not relevant for this MR: the missing architecture RISCV64 should be able to compile with next upcoming release as we fixed some test parameters in an eturnal dependency, which should do the trick.
