unmaintained/premake: move from testing
I no longer deal with premake in any project I'm interested in and no software in aports depends on it. (and I kinda ignored the update 5.0.0-beta2 update). I think we can just drop it unless someone complains as I was probably the only user. In spite of that, Should I announce the drop in ~alpine/devel too?
